They also employ cutting-edge technologies to enhance coordination and collaboration, enabling seamless connections between individuals, regardless of location, and reducing the need for in-person meetings. The technology suite encompasses a majority of the world’s premier software and hardware, supported by a wealth of skilled professionals.

MaxCon/SVR’s integrated design-build methodology delivers substantial advantages to its clients, as it provides all services from the start to the finish of the project under a single point of responsibility. Here are the key services we provide to our clients throughout the project:

1.Project Understanding: Assess the preliminary designs for compliance with US building codes, regulations, and standards, etc. Align the design intentions    with the Korean Architecture & Engineering teams. Evaluate the owner’s requirements and set guidelines for the teams to comply with US standards.

2. Project Coordination: Spearheads the development of the preliminary design, collaborating with top professionals and contractors to meet the owner’s        requirements and design intent. This multidisciplinary approach ensures a holistic and integrated design process, delivering optimal results for every project. This involves a comprehensive team of experts from various fields, including but not limited to: Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Logistics, Vertical Transportation, IT, Audio Visual, Lighting, Landscape, Acoustics, Vibration, Security, Sustainability, Expeditor etc.

3. VE: Implement value engineering to enhance the efficiency of the building systems, along with exploring alternatives to reduce project costs and duration.

4. BIM: Incorporate BIM during the development stage to enhance productivity, decrease costs and shorten project duration, and to facilitate real-time design

. Coordination with Korean A/E teams.

. System Optimization:

. Improved Constructability

. Error Minimization:

. Clash Detection:

. Potential Revisions Minimization:

. Enhanced Collaboration and Communication:

. Model-Based Cost Estimation:

. Project Visualization in Preconstruction:

. Reduced Waste:

. Increased Productivity: etc.

5. Fast-track: Implement a fast-track strategy with construction teams to enhance time efficiency and cost savings. This approach allows for overlapping design and construction phases, leading to a shorter project timeline and reduced overhead costs. It also offers flexibility for making changes during the construction process and enables earlier utilization of the completed project.

6. Permitting: Obtain all necessary permits and approvals required for the construction project as a single source. MaxCon/SVR is confident in securing the necessary permits, even when implementing fast-track strategies, due to their extensive project experience in the US.

7. Construction Management: Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, installation of mechanical systems, finishing work, and cleanup. Ensure seamless coordination among the Owner, Architecture/Engineering Teams, and Contractors throughout the entire project lifecycle. Facilitate coordination between various trades as a team.

8. Technology: Establish a fully digital and data-driven delivery platform to decrease costs, reduce waste, and shorten the project timeline.

9. Cloud-base Management: Implement cloud-base management software for efficient communication and cost savings. This will allow

. real-time communication with Korean stakeholders.

. Enhanced Collaboration and Communication:

. Streamlined Project Management:

. Improved Document Management: (Contract Documents, RFIs, Submittals, ASKs, ASIs, NCR etc.)

. Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:

. Mobile Accessibility:

. Cost Control and Financial Management:

. Scalability and Flexibility: etc.

10. QA/QC: Implement a Quality Control, Quality Assurance program to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the design plans and specifications.

11. Safety: Implement a safety program to ensure the health and safety of all workers on the construction site.
